Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up for or using Leapjuice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time and will email you at least 30 days before material changes take effect.

2. Service description

Leapjuice provides managed hosting for open-source applications including Ghost CMS, WordPress, Nextcloud, Open WebUI, n8n, Odoo, PrestaShop, PeerTube, and Ghost Studio (the "Services").

We host your apps built on Google Cloud infrastructure, deliver them through the Cloudflare edge, and provide free SSL, daily backups, and 24/7 monitoring on every plan.

3. Account terms

You must be 18 or older to use Leapjuice. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Leapjuice to host content that is illegal, that infringes intellectual property rights, that distributes malware, that sends unsolicited bulk communications, or that violates any applicable law.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Leapjuice infrastructure or to other customer instances. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms with or without notice.

5. Payment terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. Annual plans are billed once per year.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Refunds and cancellation

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods.

7. Service availability

We target 99.99% uptime on every paid plan, measured monthly. Service credits for downtime exceeding 0.01% are issued at our discretion and are limited to the current month fee.

Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and customer-caused downtime are excluded from the SLA.

8. Data and backups

You retain all rights to your content. We do not access, modify, or use your content except as required to provide the service (for example, to back up your database or restart a crashed service).

We perform 7 daily backups of every customer instance. Backups are retained for 30 days. You are responsible for downloading your own backups if you cancel.

9. Intellectual property

Leapjuice retains all rights to the platform, the dashboard, the brand, the marketing site, and the documentation. You retain all rights to your content.

We do not claim any ownership of your data, your themes, your plugins, or your content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leapjuice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if you fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service with 30 days notice.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our backups and primary storage.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
