Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information. The short version: we don't sell your data, we don't track you across the web, and your content never trains any AI model.
Last updated: January 2026
1. Information we collect
When you sign up for Leapjuice, we collect your email address, name (optional), billing address, and payment information. We use Stripe as our payment processor; we never store your full credit card number on our servers.
When you use the service, we collect technical logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, response code) for 30 days for security and debugging purposes.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, to process payments, to send you service-related communications, and to detect and prevent abuse.
We do not use your content to train any AI model. We do not analyze your traffic. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
3. Data hosting and infrastructure
Your application data is hosted, built on Google Cloud infrastructure, in the US (us-central1) by default. EU data residency is available on Enterprise plans.
Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. We do not have access to your encryption keys.
4. Email and communication
We send transactional emails (account notifications, security alerts, support responses) via SendGrid. We send marketing emails (newsletters, product updates) only if you opt in.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email. Transactional emails cannot be unsubscribed from while you have an active account.
5. Cookies and analytics
Leapjuice.com uses a minimal set of first-party cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no tracking scripts).
We do not track you across other websites. We do not build advertising profiles.
6. Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party service providers to run Leapjuice: Google Cloud (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and edge), SendGrid (email), Stripe (payments). Each of these has its own privacy practices that govern their handling of your data.
We vet all third-party services for their security and privacy practices. We never share your content with third parties except as required to provide the service.
7. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from primary storage and backups.
We retain billing records for 7 years as required by US tax law. We retain security logs for 30 days.
8. Your rights (GDPR and CCPA)
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, port, and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights.
If you are in California, you have similar rights under the CCPA. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Data portability
You can export all of your data at any time. We provide tools to download your content, your database, your backups, and your configuration. Your data is yours.
10. Security
We use industry-standard security practices: encryption at rest and in transit, isolated customer environments, daily backups, Cloudflare DDoS protection, role-based access control, regular security audits.
We have never had a security breach. We will notify affected customers within 72 hours if we ever do.
11. Children's privacy
Leapjuice is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it.
12. International data transfers
Leapjuice is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.
We use Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EU/UK to the US, as required by GDPR.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at this URL.
